Head of ESH Plant PUD

Job Description

1. 统筹并协调工厂所有 ** 环境、健康与安全（ESH）** 管理工作

Manage and coordinate all ESH activities for the plant

2. 将集团及事业部 ESH 战略转化为落地行动计划并确保执行到位

Align and transform corporate and divisional ESH strategy into action plans and ensure implementation

3. 参与工厂 / 运营单元战略及运营规划（如投资规划、产能规划、人员编制规划等）

Contribute to strategic and operative planning of the plant/operations unit ( with respect to investments, capacity and headcount planning)

4. 依据内外部客户要求，确保 ESH 各项指标达成

Ensure the achievement of ESH targets according to internal and external customer expectations

5. 运用持续改善体系（CBS）方法及培训措施，推动并落地持续改进活动

Initiate and implement continuous improvement activities by applying CBS methods and training measures

6. 践行并推广 ESH 理念与方法，就各类 ESH 事务为工厂管理层提供专业建议

Live and promote the ESH principles and methods ( advise Plant Management on all ESH aspects)

7. 发起并管控 ESH 相关设备与资源投入（如培训教材、外部培训等）
