About the role: 1. Estate Management Leadership . Lead global estate operations across markets, hubs, and lease administration. . Oversee day-to-day performance, stability, and risk across the portfolio. . Deliver consistent outcomes while managing local market complexities. 2. Market & Hub Operations . Manage market and hub teams with clear roles, workflows, and service standards. . Ensure effective stakeholder, landlord, and regulatory management in-market. . Drive efficient, control-driven processes within hubs. 3. Risk, Control & Governance . Own estate operational risk and governance frameworks. . Lead reporting, issue resolution, and escalation processes. . Ensure delivery is controlled, auditable, and aligned with stakeholders. 4. Landlord & Compliance Oversight .
