Head of Events

The Unit Manager for Sales & Mall Venue Management is responsible to maintain and increase the utilization of the mall venues: Skydome, Samsung Hall, and the Podium Hall, etc. to ensure that the venues will continue generate the expected revenue and all targets are achieved.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. STRATEGIC DIRECTION - analyze and assess market and trends; recommend key initiatives and strategies to increase sales and occupancy
2. BUSINESS DEVELOPLEMT - manage existing accounts; acquire new accounts; widen industry clientele
3. REVENUE MANAGEMENT - determine the sales targets; ensure timely collections of payments; consistently monitor and follow-up documentation from different departments
4. DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTS - prepare business plans and sales reports; monitor creation and updates of accounts and billings; update the master list of accounts consistently
