RESPONSIBILITIES
üDefine, develop and execute the necessary store expansion plans, in line with business priorities, reporting directly to the Expansion Director.
üIdentify and explore new potential business opportunities through partners or direct operations: new markets and new partners through stores, online and travel retail channels.
üExplore and secure the best locations for store opening, including market analysis, feasibility study, site visits, and site presentation.
üNegotiate main key terms and conditions.
üDevelop a deep understanding of each market, customer profile and channel trends, as well as operational issues/opportunities and competitor activity.
üManage a portfolio of established and future markets and monitor performance. Mediate between HQ and business partners.
