Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering field (Licensed Engineer preferred).
• At least 1–2 years of experience in operation and maintenance of WTP and/or WWTP systems.
• Strong background in facilities management, utilities operations, and site engineering.
• Knowledgeable in mechanical, electrical, and civil systems.
• Experience in project management, budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Familiar with safety regulations and environmental compliance standards.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
