Requirements:

1. Degree in any Engineering especially Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Having MBA or other certification is an additional qualification
2. Above (8) years relevant working experience. (5) years in a management role with proven success in a managerial role.
3. Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
4. Matured, analytical, self-starter and independent.
5. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).

• Manage and coordinate daily plant activities, ensuring compliance with safety, security, environmental and manufacturing standards.
• Work closely with other departments to plan production, set targets, and ensure product quality meets company standards and budget.
