Head of Finance

Most finance roles ask you to report on the business. This one asks you to help run it.

The Compass Group of Companies is a proudly NZ‑owned group of six brands spanning broadband and mobile, prepaid payments, data centres, commercial solar, property and financial services. We are looking for a Head of Finance to own the financial story of the entire Group, present to the Board each month, and actively shape where the business goes next.

Based in Auckland, with remote working flexibility, this is a role for someone who has outgrown being a number‑keeper and is ready to be a genuine commercial partner at the executive table.

What you will be doing

You will have full ownership of finance across all six brands, including:

• Consolidated monthly reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with Board commentary
• Group budgeting, forecasting and the annual business plan
