Head of Finance

About the role 
A high-growth, technology-led business is seeking a Head of Finance to play a key role in scaling operations and supporting continued expansion.

This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-moving, commercially focused environment. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders, driving financial performance, improving reporting, and leading process and systems evolution.

The responsibilitiesThe main duties include:

• Own month-end, reporting, and financial control
• Deliver insightful management reporting and performance analysis
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
• Drive process improvement across systems and reporting frameworks
• Oversee audit, statutory reporting, and tax compliance
• Partner with leadership on commercial decision-making
