You will mainly involves managing and overseeing SOX
compliance programs, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and safeguarding
financial data.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you’ll possess:

  • Professional Qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, etc
  • Strong knowledge in SOX, COSO Framework, Financial Reporting and Controls
  • Candidates with listed company or financial services experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
