Supported by Alliance Marine Group, the brand has real momentum, calling for a Head of Finance who owns the numbers end to end and serves as a strategic partner to the CEO.

Jobe has been getting people onto the water since 1974. Every product is designed in-house, built to perform on a quiet lake as much as strapped to the back of a speedboat on the sea. The company sells directly through its own dealers in the Benelux, Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Italy, and the United Kingdom, and through distributors across the rest of the world. For all that reach, Jobe has held on to the informal feel of a family business, with around forty-five colleagues working closely together at the head office in Heerewaarden.
