Head Of Finance (ID & SG Business)

You will be more than a numbers person; you will be a strategic business partner to the CEO and the leadership team. You will lead the financial strategy to support our omnichannel growth (offline distribution, retail and e-commerce) while ensuring absolute operational excellence in a complex, multi-market landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Drive the long-term financial planning (LRP), budgeting, and forecasting processes to support aggressive growth targets.
• Regional Oversight: Manage full-spectrum finance operations for both Indonesia and Singapore.
• Tax & Compliance: Direct oversight of Indonesian and Singaporean tax planning, compliance, and reporting.
• Business Partnering: Work closely with brands teams, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to optimize margins, manage inventory health, and drive ROI on marketing spend.
