The main purpose of the role:
The Head of Finance & Funding will be responsible for leading the company's financial management, funding strategy, and financial reporting across renewable energy development projects.

Funding & Capital Raising
Compliance & Governance
Stakeholder Management
Operational Finance
Requirements:
CA(SA) or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
Alternatively, a strong commercial finance background with relevant experience.
5–8 years' experience in finance, ideally within: Renewable energy, Infrastructure, Project finance, Investment or corporate finance
Experience supporting funding transactions.
