Job Scope: (Role Purpose)

As a core finance enabler, this role is responsible for the overall finance process and financial reporting of the portfolio of companies within the Group. This includes management reporting, statutory reporting, management of external audit, process improvement including within finance team and shared services, exco and board paper preparation and presentation – all in support of the CFO.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a Financial Reporting team to deliver timely and high-quality financial statements across multiple entities, supporting statutory, regulatory, and Board/Exco/Management reporting requirements
• Oversee the end-to-end finance function for a sizeable team of approximately 30 professionals, spanning financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, taxation, and key operational finance matters including commercial agreements, insurance, and M&A activities
