Head of Finance

• 10+ years in finance with at least 5 years in a senior SME role (VP/Director/CFO/Head).
• Strong background in:
• strategy
• financial reporting
• cash flow management
• pricing / costing
• budget creation
• variance analysis
• Deep understanding of Philippine taxation and SME compliance.
• Experience creating and improving systems—not just operating inside existing ones.
• Demonstrated history of at least 2+ years per role due to the long-term nature of transformation.
• Excellent leadership presence and communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
