Role Purpose
The Finance Head will establish and lead the full finance function for BW Elara, a start-up joint venture focused on Floating Desalination Unit (FDU) services.
This role combines strategic finance leadership with hands-on execution, supporting business growth, project development, and operational readiness. The successful candidate will build finance foundations from the ground up while acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO.
