Objective of the position

The National Retail Sales Head is a senior leadership role responsible for end-to-end national retail sales strategy and team leadership across all retail channels. This position drives sustainable growth, ensures sales achievement, and builds profitable retail models for the organization. Reports to the Head of Gaggenau China and leads a team of D2C, area managers/representatives, and retail store staff.

Job Tasks

1) Channel Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute national retail sales strategy aligned with Gaggenau China goals
  • Set annual sales targets, budgets, and revenue forecasts; track performance against KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Translate business plans into actionable sales roadmaps for sales areas, ensuring alignment with brand objectives
  • Drive order intake (contract) and delivery (invoice) performance across all retail formats (flagship stores D2C, franchise stores ...
