Napoleon Sports & Casino is looking for a talented and customer-centric Head of P&L Gaming to take on the responsibility for the full Gaming P&L. This is a key role in our organization, reporting to the VP Online Commercial.

You will be:
The voice of the Belgian Customer
Driving the strategy to win
Collaborate closely with our central Product teams
Accountable for the Gaming P&L
Creating clarity around BE objectives & priorities
Organizing regular cadences with group functions (Player, Sports, Gaming, Content)
