Head of GEFA Private Wealth Advisory

As Head of GEFA Private Wealth Advisory, you will be reporting to the Group Head of High Net Worth. You will provide strategic leadership and governance for GEFA’s Private Wealth Advisory (PWA) segment, driving growth, productivity, and client outcomes while maintaining robust MAS‑compliant practices. You will also lead the HNW proposition—covering holistic wealth planning, protection, investments, and private market solutions, through an integrated model of advisor enablement, portfolio quality, risk management, and client experience.

• Define and own the PWA strategy: HNW value proposition, product shelf, advisory standards, segmenting & coverage.
• Build distinctive client journeys for HNW/affluent personas, with clear discovery frameworks, suitability, and review cadence.
