Job Description

Your responsibilities:
Set up and further develop the commercial strategy for the Global Business Segment Railway

Coordinate and support a global matrix team of Business Development Managers across FUCHS subsidiaries worldwide

Define segment-specific value propositions for passenger, cargo and infrastructure applications

Plan and prioritize product and service roadmaps together with Product Management, based on customer and market input

Gather market intelligence and propose global price positioning based on market knowledge and pricing insights

Develop and take responsibility for (global) key account customers

Conduct on-site customers visits together with local sales engineers and provide technical and commercial support

Strengthen collaboration with local affiliates and proactively drive information exchange while fostering cross-functional communication
