Head of Global Events

At Top Tier Impact, we convene investors, founders, public figures, and system leaders shaping the future of climate, resilience, and regeneration.
We're seeking a Head of Global Events & Cultural Impact to lead our flagship global gatherings (~3 major moments per year + select side events.
This is a senior, project-based role, ideal for someone who can curate powerful rooms, secure and manage sponsors, and turn events into long-term partnerships, capital, and real outcomes.
You will lead TTI's global events strategy — from concept to execution — across main moments such as:
World Economic Forum (Davos)
Climate Week NYC
London Climate Action Week
COP and key climate/sustainability conferences worldwide
Plus curated investor dinners, founder roundtables, and private salons throughout the year.
Your goal: Create high-signal spaces where the right people meet, meaningful conversations happen, and aligned capital moves into real solutions.
