Head of Global Experiences & Operations

What you would be doing

You will lead Imperial Business School’s global experiences portfolio, shaping and delivering high-quality international immersions, study tours and partnerships that enhance the student experience and support the School’s strategic goals.

Your role will combine strategic leadership with operational delivery, from working with academics and external partners to design impactful global programmes, to overseeing risk, travel, budgets, and student application processes. You will also drive innovation, build strong internal and external relationships, and help raise the School’s global profile through outstanding experiences, partnerships, and operational excellence.

• The Global team sits within the wider Student Life function, so alongside leading Global Experiences, you will contribute to broader community‑building activity that supports student engagement across the Business School.
