Head of Global Lending Front Office Support

Who we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree preferred—ideally in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics; other disciplines may be considered with strong accounting knowledge.
• Solid experience in people and departmental leadership within the wholesale or institutional credit domain, overseeing large organizations (>100 FTEs).
• Experience in process migration in a global setting is an advantage.
• Comfortable operating in a matrixed and global organization.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive the functional strategic priorities of Lending, including credit model rollouts, organizational alignment, system architecture, and sourcing.
• Oversee and review the analysis and evaluation of credit rating proposals from Lending Units using various credit tools, information, and documents, ensuring a holistic and well‑substantiated assessment of credit risk and mitigants for existing and prospective borrowers.
