Global Head of Operations
The Role
We are creating the Global Operations function from the ground up. The Global Head of Operations will design the operating model, revenue management framework, metrics, systems and rituals that will allow SAMY to scale intelligently, profitably and consistently across geographies.
This is a hands-on builder role with global strategic reach: you will shape how SAMY understands revenue, productivity, contribution margins, client profitability, capacity, and operational efficiency. You will partner deeply with Finance, People (Global Staffing), Tech/Product, and Global Service Heads across Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Paid Media, Social Commerce, Partnerships and more.
You will report to the Chief Operations & Excellence Officer (COSO) globally.
You will set the foundations of how SAMY works.
