What You’ll Lead
Global Ops Oversight: Manage cross-border operations across APAC and the US, ensuring quality, uptime, and compliance.
Hardware & Logistics: Lead supply-chain planning, inventory control, EOL tracking, tooling maintenance, and customer repair cycles.
Software & Infrastructure: Oversee cloud services, SLA monitoring, cybersecurity scanning, and production deployments.
Customer Support Systems: Own the 1st and 2nd line help-desk structure — ticketing, troubleshooting, and handoffs to technical/product teams.
Team Leadership: Direct multi-disciplinary ops team and drive execution in tandem with QA/RA and Product.
