Head of Government Relations

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with key stakeholders across central and state governments (e.g., PMO, MeitY, MNRE, MoCI, MoF, NITI Aayog, State CMOs, Indian/Taiwanese Embassies, etc.)
• Shape upcoming government policies and advocate Foxconn's business and strategic interests
• Represent Foxconn India in key government forums, policy consultations, and high-level meetings
• Anticipate and mitigate policy and regulatory risks basis global trends, and manage crisis resolution
• Actively collaborate with other HQ verticals and business entities for “One Foxconn” view
• Standardize key activities including periodic engagement calendar, action items tracking, stakeholder mapping, and others
• Lead 'Government Relations' team; including conducting team members' internal reviews, KPI tracking, performance appraisals, and capability building
