Head of Growth
to help us build the marketing and sales infrastructure that will power our next phase of growth across the portfolio.

What You'll Do

Referral Program Development (Thermacure)

• Design and launch a doctor referral program: incentive structure, unique tracking codes, and automated commission payouts
• Build and manage a network of 20+ referring physicians
• Create supporting materials and train the team on program execution
• Track referral performance and optimize based on data

Funnel Building (Fortex)

• Build a conference-to-close funnel: pre-event outreach, lead capture, ...
