Intro

MONDRIAN:LABS operates two distinct beauty brands: SHYNE and Pomélo+Co.. Each with a loyal D2C customer base and growing B2B partnerships across Europe, including DM, Rossmann, Boots, and Bipa.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Head of Growth to lead revenue growth across SHYNE and Pomélo+Co.
You will own growth across DTC and Retail, combining performance marketing, creator communities and CRM, to help build one of Europe’s fastest-growing consumer brands. You will lead and develop a team across Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, and CRM, while building a world-class growth organization.
