At Peak 21, we acquire and operate high‑performing direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) brands across the US, Europe, and beyond. Our portfolio generates over $200M in sales — all bootstrapped, profitable, and built for the long term. We don’t just buy brands; we scale them with a proven operator playbook.
We’re looking for a Head of Growth to join one of our portfolio brands: a beloved, well‑established D2C baby essentials brand with strong recognition across the US & Europe. The brand did $24M in revenue last year (roughly 50% Shopify/DTC, balance wholesale + Amazon) and is profitable.
The Opportunity: $24M → $75M in 4 Years
This is not a maintenance role. We want to double the Shopify channel year‑over‑year while driving the overall business to $75M revenue by Year 4.
