Head of Growth

We run a high-volume education and events business with multiple revenue engines running at the same time: digital launches, webinar funnels, subscription products, and on-ground sales teams. We are looking for one person who can sit across all of it, drive revenue performance, and make sure every team knows what it is doing and why.

You Have Experience On These

• Managed both a marketing team and a sales team at the same time, not one after the other
• Run or closely coordinated webinar-based or event-based revenue campaigns, from planning through to close
• Owned a monthly or quarterly revenue target and reported it upward with full accountability
• Inherited an existing team and earned their trust without breaking what already worked
• Worked across both campaign revenue (launches, events) and recurring revenue (subscriptions, memberships) in the same role or company
