Head of Growth

We are looking for a Head of Growth who can take ownership of driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across our digital channels. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, especially in performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and data-driven optimization.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams—Product, Creative, Brand and Operations—to scale our customer base efficiently while maintaining strong ROI on marketing spend.

Arrangement:
Full-Time - Mon-Fri; Hybrid- Makati

What You'll Do:

• Own the full growth funnel — from acquisition to retention and monetization.
• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Continuously optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates through A/B testing and data insights.
