Operating at the very top end of the market, they’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing comfortable with developing and overseeing the sales funnel for acquisition and conversion for a high-ticket service-led business.
The Role
You’ll own the complete growth engine – managing the performance marketing budget across 6 markets where your decisions directly impact revenue, not just lead volume. This means full accountability for customer acquisition cost and conversion through a genuinely complex funnel: from paid acquisition through consultation booking, attendance, and final program close.
