Pipeline Leadership: Manage the end-to-end sales funnel from generating awareness to contract closing and establishing enduring client partnerships across Europe
Team Building: Recruit and develop a Blend high-level commercial strategy with hands-on execution, taking direct ownership of the European growth roadmap.
Architect the Machine: Codify our sales processes into a scalable playbook and continuously evolve our go-to-market strategy based on real-time market feedback
