The team is building a next-generation AI Video Agent designed to help global companies to create high-quality, scalable, and consistent video content.
Job Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Ownership
Define and execute global growth strategy, focusing on key markets including North America, Southeast Asia, and Latin America
Own and drive core growth metrics including acquisition, activation, retention, CAC, and LTV
Identify and scale high-performing acquisition channels, with emphasis on viral and product-led growth
Viral Growth & Content Strategy
Drive viral adoption through high-impact, shareable content and growth campaigns
Launch and scale UGC programs, creator initiatives, and template-driven growth loops
Define brand positioning, messaging, and content direction
