What We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth with 6-8 years of experience in SaaS to own and drive Zaapi's entire marketing engine. This is a hands-on leadership role - you will be in the weeds optimizing campaigns, reviewing content performance, and steering strategy, not just delegating.
The role spans three pillars: hands-on performance marketing (~50%), content strategy and optimization (~30%), and partnerships, events, and community building (~20%). You will manage a small team today with the mandate to build it out and lead it as we scale. This position reports directly to the COO with a direct line to the CEO.
