Head of Growth

A leading fintech that focuses on consumer finance based in Cape Town is looking for a Head of Growth. We are looking for someone who is numbers and data driven. The role will be focused on driving demand and spearheading growth strategies in order to result in customer acquisition and revenue generation. This person will need to be able to create the right mix of acquisition channels as well as be able to bring high quality leads that meet the minimum credit scores alongside having a deep knowledge of performance marketing.

Requirements:

• B2C experience
• Come from a background in Fintech/SaaS environments
• Experience with growth marketing strategies including customer acquisition/ revenue generation
• Lead generation and sales targets
