We manage 80,000+ creator partnerships monthly, oversee $500M+ in annual media spend across Meta and TikTok, and work exclusively with high-growth consumer brands.

The Role We are looking for a Head of Growth who has been deep in the trenches of aggressive paid media scaling and knows what it actually takes to push Meta spend efficiently at volume. You understand how Meta's algorithm responds to creative velocity, cost control architecture, audience structure, and budget scaling - and you can translate that understanding into compounding, durable growth across a portfolio of DTC clients.
