Requisition ID: *****- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXDanfoss is looking for our next Head of GS.This person will Lead and coordinate GS Finance and Real Estate (RE) activities and projects throughout Mexico; lead people and manage performance and development according to Danfoss processes; prepare and manage the GS budget with monthly follow-up on actual cost deviation and taking corrective actions; continuous improvement; coverage extensions as and when decided by Danfoss; legal and Group compliance related to RE procurement contracts; cooperate with other GS focus areas, Procurement, Legal Department, Segments etc. run the real estate CAPEX projects, leasing offices, renew lease contracts, energy optimization etc.Reports to Head of GS LAM.
