Head of Gymnastics

UWCSEA Dover invites applications for an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Gymnastics, starting in June 2026, who can articulate and embody a vision for Gymnastics at the school. The Head of Gymnastics will lead the design, delivery, and monitoring of the Gymnastics programme and its resources. The role involves strategic planning and implementing a diverse programme that supports the full range of gymnastics aptitudes and abilities across the UWCSEA student body. The Head of Gymnastics is part of the Activities Leadership team and will, therefore, work in close collaboration with other Heads of Sport, Heads of Physical Education and colleagues from the Service, Finance, and Communications departments. The role reports directly to the Director of Activities and Sports. Main Responsibilities
