This role is a non‑teaching leadership position responsible for the direction and development of both Hockey and Cricket programmes at a leading state boarding school.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Hockey and Cricket programmes, overseeing coaching, competition, and development.


• Collaborate with other sports staff to integrate programmes within the school’s Sports Hub.


• Provide pastoral support and promote a positive sporting culture.


• Report on programme outcomes and contribute to the school’s athletic strategy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a boarding school environment (desirable but not essential).


• Demonstrated leadership experience in sports, preferably in multiple disciplines.


• Commitment to safeguarding and willingness to undergo DBS check and online search.
