Head of HR & Admin

We are hiring a Head of HR & Admin, North America to lead our people and workplace function across Canada and the US. This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role. You will lead NA people strategy, partner with the NA GM on business priorities, and execute the work end‑to‑end across talent, employee experience, compliance, and office operations.

We are looking for a senior HR leader with the judgment to operate at the Head level and the energy to roll up their sleeves and get into the details.

Strategy, Culture & Performance (HRBP)

• As the most senior HR voice in NA, deeply understand company strategy and, through an HRBP lens, identify talent density gaps and proactively raise the talent bar in key roles and teams
