You will work closely with HR staff and business management to create actionable analytics that support decision making at all levels (strategic, tactical and operational). To achieve this, your role will be responsible for the design, implementation, evaluation and analysis of data and reporting mechanisms to bring clarity to HR related metrics and overall trends in the organization.
