More than 12 years of related experience.

Degree in relevant field.

Able to communicate across cultures and levels (engineers to executives).

Experience managing hybrid/office transitions and IT asset procurement.

Strong grasp of tech compensation benchmarking across Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan.

Strong vendor negotiation skills; understands contracts, pricing, and service levels.
