Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a leading international financial services group to appoint the Head of HR (APAC) based in Singapore. Reporting directly to the Group Chief People Officer in another region, with a dual line into the Head of APAC (MD/Global ExCo member) based in regional headquarters, this individual will play a critical role in shaping and leading the people strategy, people priorities and growth and transformation journey end-to-end, leading a relatively sizeable team across a number of APAC markets.
The group operates within a fast-paced global matrix structure, and as a result, this individual will be comfortable, leading the region, partnering with global HR COE's in HQ, aligning with EMEA and Americas from a 'one global business' and 'one global HR team' perspective.
