Job Description

Our client is a Property and related business with a big employee scale of up to 1, employees.
Job Scope 
Being the People Partner to the Senior leadership team in Thailand, working with the business line to deliver people function support to achieve their overall targets and business plans. 
Being responsible for HR Engagement and Retention.
Working directly with Business partners in Thailand (Direct Subordinates) and direct report to the Head of People SEA.
Working directly with the head of the Business line (focus on the commercial side) to support the business and co-working with the HR team in Thailand Team (TA, L&D) anthe d regional team. 
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s or, MBA or relevant master’s degree or equivalent business background with at least 15-20 years of experience in the HR field.
Focused on internal and external customers, able to drive value and solutions that further the company’s goals...
