Outokumpu is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR Digital Transformation & People Analytics to join our global HR organization. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and execution of our HR digitalization and analytics strategy, strengthen our people data capabilities, and ensure the adoption of modern, value driven technologies that support efficient, compliant, and future oriented HR operations.
You will be a member of Outokumpu's HR Management Team, working in close collaboration with senior HR leadership to align digital initiatives with our global people agenda.
The position can be based in Helsinki or in any other main Outokumpu location.
