A client of Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is looking for a HR Head

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Industry: Insurance

Requirements:

• 12–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong exposure to Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, HR Business Partnering, L&D, HR Operations, Employee Relations and Compliance.
• Experience in insurance or financial services preferred.
• HR, labor law, leadership, or OD certifications are an advantage.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, problem-solving, analytical and people management skills.
