Cadence seeks a talented and passionate Head of HR to join our HR Team in Greece. To oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes and align our HR initiatives with business objectives and needs.
Responsibilities:
+ Overall responsibility for the HR activity in Cadence Greece – total of ~450 employees
+ Manage a local team of 4 HR professionals responsible for recruitment, training, systems, and employee relations. Provide them with guidance and support
+ Partner with senior leadership and global HR to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the business's strategic goals
+ Work closely with all managers to provide information and support for HR matters, including employee matters, performance, compensation, retention, talent development, career planning, and more
