Head of HR

A listed company is looking for Head of HR.

Reporting to the Corporate Human Resources Board, you will be leading the China and overseas HR teams located across Asia.

Responsibilites:

• Oversee organizational design, HR strategy, transformation and change congruent with the business direction and optimize operational efficiencies;
• Be responsible for all HR deliverables including but not limited to compensation & benefits, employee relations and retention, talent acquisition and management, succession planning, performance management, training and career development, records management, HR information system, legislative compliance, etc
• Act as a trusted HR advisor in the development and implementation of effective people strategies in alignment to key business objectives, provide advice, counsel and solution for management decision;
