Head of HR

Spanish speaking Head of HR. Salary £80,000 - £100,000. Hybrid working available 2-3 days in the office.

SF Recruitment are seeking an experienced Spanish speaking (native or fluent in Spanish) Head of HR to support the delivery of the UK people strategy within a multi‑site, unionised environment. Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will deputise as required and lead the Operational HR, Payroll and Recruitment teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and deliver the UK people strategy.
• Lead HR, Payroll and Recruitment functions.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive business performance through effective HR support.
• Compile and present Board‑level KPI reports and analysis.
• Lead trade union engagement and negotiations.
