Role Purpose

The Head of HRBP acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating business objectives into effective people strategies. This role drives workforce planning, leadership development, industrial relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness across manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Partnership

• Partner with Manufacturing Directors, Plant Managers, and Functional Heads to align HR strategy with business and operational goals.

• Provide strategic advice on organization design, workforce planning, productivity, and succession planning.

• Act as a trusted advisor on people, culture, and leadership matters.
